You have the option of returning any order within the 14-day cooling-off period. You can register a return via the contact form. The shipping costs for a return are for your own account. A returned product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must not have been used. A used product will not be accepted as a return shipment.
• If the product is nutritionally sound, the product must not have been opened yet.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Registering returns

1. Before you send the product, please send a message via the contact form stating your order number, the reason for returning your order, and which products you want to return.
2. After we have processed your request, you will receive a return form from us. Please send the items together with the completed return form to the return address stated on the return form. You are responsible for the shipment. The only condition is that the parcel must be sent with a track and trace code. This must also be clearly stated to us.
3. After we have received and approved your return, we will make sure you get your money back as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days.
