Lowest price guarantee

Just Maté has the lowest prices in the Netherlands. This is not just a claim, but also a promise. For this reason, we can also offer you the lowest price guarantee on the yerba mate varieties in our range. If you have seen a cheaper offer somewhere, we would like to hear from you. As a reward, we will then make you the same offer and pay the shipping costs.

Please note the following conditions:

• The product must be available from stock at the cheaper supplier.
• If you claim the lowest price guarantee after your purchase, you will be refunded the difference in costs using your chosen payment method.
• The products that qualify for the price guarantee are new, complete and packed in the original packaging.
• Just Maté should be able to check the price difference on a public website.
• Products from (closing down) sales, auction sales, bulk sales, wholesale sales, internet marketplaces, damaged products, products from abroad or products not intended for the EU are not eligible for the lowest price guarantee.
• The lowest price guarantee does not apply when there are different delivery conditions. For this reason, we also include the shipping and administration costs in the comparison and the price comparison is based on 1 item including shipping costs.
• The lowest price guarantee is for an end user. Resellers or trade inquiries are excluded from the lowest price guarantee.
  
• In case of doubt or ambiguity about the correctness of the offered price and/or conditions, the judgment of Just Maté is decisive.

If you think you are eligible for the lowest price guarantee, you can send an email to info@justmate.nl with the following information before your purchase or up to 3 working days after the order date:

- your name, address details and email address;
- a complete and clear description of the product;
- a link to the product page where you saw the cheaper item.
